ReferralFlow stores account information and relationship data that customers choose to enter so we can provide follow-up, referral tracking, analytics, reminders, and optional Pro relationship-intelligence features.
Data we process
Account/profile information, COI and prospect records, interaction notes, referral records, billing identifiers, notification preferences, and product-usage records. Payment-card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by ReferralFlow.
Service providers
ReferralFlow may use infrastructure and service providers such as Clerk, Stripe, database/hosting providers, Resend, and Google Maps Platform solely to operate the service.
Customer control
Customers can export their relationship data from Settings and may request or perform account deletion. Retention required for fraud prevention, legal obligations, or billing records may survive where law permits.
Security
We use authenticated access, tenant-scoped database queries, HTTPS in production, signed payment webhooks, restricted API credentials, and managed infrastructure controls. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
